Community Event: American Art Stories Exhibition
Seven pieces by renowned Cedarburg artist Paul Yank will be included in this exhibition. Paul died on October 1, 2020, but he left a legacy as a prolific master sculptor and printmaker and as a beloved mentor to over 200 students, including guild members Jewell Riano-Bradley, Susan Rice, and Jack Pachuta.
He approached his incredible large-scale sculptures and monoprints in a similar manner, creating layers upon layers until he achieved a complexity unique to his practice.
This must-see exhibition, curated by Cedarburg artist Shane McAdams, opens in conjunction with Gallery Night MKE on Friday, July 17
