Information/Guidelines
•One time cost of web page development- $25
•No monthly hosting fee.
• Includes three images of work plus optional artist photo.
•Text includes artist statement/bio and contact information.
•Text and images subject to review before placement on website to ensure
consistency in quality.
• The CAG reserves the right to charge a nominal fee to change images
on a member’s site.
•Members will sign a contract verifying the originality and ownership
of the art works and that the art works will not infringe upon any copyright,
right of publicity, moral right, or any proprietary or other right of any
third party.

Option 1
1. 3 jpeg files of artwork :
72 dpi Approximately 4”x 6” or 290 x 430 pixels
File names = yourname1,
yourname2, yourname3 (eg. joesmith1, joesmith2, joesmith3)
2. jpeg file of yourself - optional (same format as artwork- yourname4)
3. Artist Statement/bio in word format. Maximum of 100 words.
4. Contact information including name, address, phone, email, website link
5. Photo ID’s including title, medium, size, price if for sale.
Include above items on a CD and send with $25 check and signed contract
form to:

Option 2
1. 3 photographs or slides of your work. Include title and your name on each..
2. Photo of yourself - optional
3. Artist Statement/bio. Maximum of 100 words.
4. Contact information including name, address, phone, email, website link
5. Photo ID’s including title, medium, size, price if for sale.
*All text must be typed. Please submit in Word format on disc if possible.
Send with $25 check, SASE and signed contract form to:

Contract
I warrant originality and ownership of the art works I will display on the
Cedarburg Artist Guild website and that the art works will not infringe upon
any copyright, right of publicity, moral right, or any proprietary or other
right of any third party. I warrant that I have not used any copyrighted or
licensed material (text or visual images) in the art works in the making of
said artworks without the express written permission of the owners of those
rights. I warrant that the Cedarburg Artist Guild will not infringe upon any
copyright, right of publicity, moral right, or any proprietary or other right
of any third party by displaying the art works.
